Then there are our “Patterns”. These are our habitual coping skills we use in any given circumstance. The patterns are our internal programs and the different ways we have repeatedly done things, making them an automatic way of thinking, doing and performing.

When we start to awaken and discover what we are doing internally and how we are doing it, we can then begin creating emotional control. We then have the ability to question our “self concepts”, “how it feels” and our “patterns “, allowing us to make the changes necessary to respond to our world with a more evolved, mature and higher thinking process. This model of the world is often referred to as ‘above the line’ thinking or the upper model of the world. It’s from this place that we are ready for change. We are ready to work on changing these subconscious patterns, beliefs and emotions. So how do we do that? The way to achieve changes is to use “the ART of change.”
